These site terms apply to use of the public Ground Up Digital Media company website. They do not replace a written proposal, statement of work, subscription agreement, or other contract for paid services.

Content on this website is general information about Ground Up services and products. Project pricing shown as “starting” pricing is illustrative and may change based on scope, content, integrations, revisions, timing and other requirements.

Project work

Website design, hosting, maintenance, custom development and other paid work should be governed by a written proposal or agreement describing scope, payment terms, ownership, responsibilities and support. No project is considered accepted solely because a website form was submitted.

Client materials

Clients are responsible for having the right to use logos, photographs, copy, trademarks and other materials they provide for a project.

Third-party services

Domains, hosting platforms, analytics, payment providers, email providers and other third-party services may have their own terms, pricing and availability.

Software products
